Sweet - Fruity - Boozy

Ingredients

2 ounces of Pin Drop Rum
8-12 grams of Brown Sugar
1 ounces of fresh Passion Fruit
1/2 ounces of Lime Juice
10-12 crushed Mint Leaves
Top with soda water/ sparkling wine
Smashed ice

Method

  • Place the mint leaves in bottom of a collins glass.
  • Add the passion fruit juice followed by the lime juice, grown sugar and rum
  • Muddle the ingredients, then add ice
  • Finish off by adding sparkling water
